Q. How do I get to Sierra Resort from the train staion?
A. We will pick you up by luxury van at no charge. Just let us know your time of arrival. If you arrive at the station and call, we will be there in 15 minutes to collect you and your group.

Q. Where can I park?
A. We have free parking for over 100 cars!

Q. What are the Check-In/Out policies?
A. Check in is generally 3:00pm, Check-Out 10:00am. But early Check-In and late Check-Out can be arranged. Nominal charges may apply.

Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the guest rooms. But during the Green Season we can offer kennel and feeding services on a limited basis. Please inquire when booking!

A. Yes. There is a car rental office at Hakuba Station. We can arrange for you at your request.

Q. What amenities are available in the rooms?
A. Amenities kits include: shampoo, cream rinse, body soap, toothbrush and paste, hair-dryer, towels and yukata (Japanese-style robe) and slippers Western sizes available!

Q. Are cribs available?
A. Yes. Cribs are available by reservation at a fee of 1,500yen.

Q. What about ski areas? Transportation, rentals, season?
A. Sierra Resort Hotel offers free shuttle service to all major ski areas in the Hakuba Valley
Rentals are available through SPICY Rentals and will be delivered and stored free of charge throughout your stay.
The ski season in Hakuba normally runs from mid-December through the beginning of April

Q. Are beauty and massage treatments available?
A. Yes. Facials, nails, hair treatments and massage are all available by reservation. We recommend early booking for these services.

General:
Q. Is it possible to have luggage dispatched by courier?
A. Of course! We recommend Kuro Neko Yamato and can arrange all this for you. Charges for luggage and ski/boards from International Airports are surprisingly cheap in Japan! Service is next-day and very reliable. We strongly suggest our foreign visitors take advantage of this unique asset to travel within Japan!

Q. Are there doctors and medical facilities in the area?
A. Yes. There are six local clinics for standard malaise and sports (orthopedic) injuries. There are also two large and comprehensive hospitals (Omachi Citizen Hospital: 30min. by car, and Azumi General Hospital: 50min. by car)
