Chef 'Pierre' Kanazawa has won several prestigious awards for his New French creations; employing local Shinshu delicacies to accent many courses.
When booking your holiday it is possible to also book nights in our dining room; as opposed to nights you may prefer to sample other local dining options. 'Gastronomie' upgrades are recommended at least once. These include a varied menu of additional fantastic and creative courses. After dinner you may choose to relax in the Rotemburo (outdoor hotspring; open 24hrs) or have a drink in our bar before retiring to the comfort of your room.
